Season Around the Corner
With some of the girls heading back to school in the last week of August, the start of the season is right around the corner. The team has a few exhibition games lined up before jumping into the first tournament of the season, Sept 24-26th. The regular season starts on Oct 4th.
The coaching staff allowed the girls to concentrate on other things over the summer. With only 1 practice before their first 2 exhibition games, the team will need to use the exhibition games to get their heads back into the game and the team concept.

About the team
The team plays the Regular Season games in the Lower Lakes Female Hockey League. The league has teams from Windsor to Kingston and North to Midland. The loop that we will play in will be announced later, but all teams in our loop should be within approx a 1 hour drive.
